What's the your scan vs. enemy cloak needed to see various groups of modules on their ships?

The higher your scan is compared to their cloak, the more of their modules you can see. What the threshold is for seeing anything though, I'm not exactly sure. But you can't see anything unless you have higher scan than their cloak.

In fact, their ship probably won't even appear on your battle tab if their cloak is higher than your scan, right? So you would have to see them via alerts or something else...
