It does the same thing as the ice melter just to a desert world. |

So that is what makes desert planets ^_^. Crystallizing the surface (desert planets do have a lot of sand on average). Though I need to wait like 105 levels or so before I can get it lol. |

I think you unlock it once you do all the missions for the ice melter's. |

i think the only requirements are completing the Pawlacite thaw and some pawlacite like the melter mission |

I don't know about what follows the mission, but this one takes 20 pawlacite to do. |

I just finished The Darrinite Effect not long ago. The mission that follow is Stolen Research, which I have not done yet, but looks to be the last mission in that series. |
