I can't seem to locate the base pact limit. Can anyone help me out or just tell me? thinking of adding more trade pacts to my legion just not sure what the caps are?

No Cap to Specific Pacts, You are allowed 10 Of any of the 3 Combined, And an additional 2 per Embassy, Max 5 Per Base. |
