 Are they findable outside the "A Stryll Target" mission? Are you allowed to "send" the artifact it drops? (How can you tell in general if you will be able to send an artifact?)

No there are only 8 and you can't send the drops. But you can steal planets with them on it and extract them to get more.
generally planet artifacts are not sendable, except ones that give temp boosts like guards or vortexes. permanent boosts like terraformers, quasi spacial expanders are not. _________________   Last edited by Wolfy Minion on Mon Nov 28, 2011 9:22 am, edited 1 time in total. |

Use a Mylarai Build Extractor. It is an npc dropped artifact. Mylarai Extractor, its Matched so you can see it at all levels
