Post subject:  Could I get a Confirmation on a Certain Artifact?
The XRP Warp Inhibitor, the wiki says it stops Artifacts, like a Planet Vortex Deflector... does it also Inhibit the effects of Zolazin Sabs? or are they still able to Sab Planets with an XRP Warp Inhibitor on it?

It will prevent you from placing one, but if it is already on the planet then no it will still get the bonus from the structure.

It makes perfect sense if the pvd is already active it will remain active for its remaining time but you cannot activate one if the warp inhibitor is already in place

why would he ask about overlaying the effects of a pvd and a warp inhibitor? what would be the benefit? after all... PVDs can only be used on your own planet and do the same as a warp inhibitor

i figured the comma before the word "like" was a grammatical syntax error similar to the comma after the word "inhibitor" and took the question to mean he was saying "the wiki says it stops artifacts [similarly to the PVD]" and that he was only wanting to know if it also inhibited sabs (which yes, both the pvd AND the inhibitor do stop abilities, as stated in both descriptions)
