Can Base shipment time be changed exp; 12;30pm to 6;30 am?

not without contacting Dan directly via the Contact this app link below the game
if he does it, it would have to get changed after 6:30am and before 12:30pm so you don't get two claims less than 24 hrs apart (instead he would be adding 18 hrs to one day's claim time)
the bigger question is... why? the tradeskill buffs are on a 20 hour timer, so as long as you don't set them within 4 hours after you claim production, you will get the bonus and can set them again at the same time the next day
