Hey all,

I'm overloading on Neural Interfaces. I have 9 of them, and keep getting more of them for some strange reason. I'm in no hurry to use them because I don't want to level up fast. If I level up fast, my stats and research will suck, but if I level up slow, my research and stats will be overpowering for my current level compared to other players.

I've offered to trade a few Neural Interfaces, but seems like nobody wants them. I don't want to scrap them, but they're kind of cluttering up my artifact inventory.

So what do I do?

I understand that he dosnt want too, its better to level up quickly and then hover for a few days then to make like a turtle for a few days. Rank quickly, get up too speed, and then do it again.
