No they don't, I'm Inergon and get 2 at a time like everyone else. They may provide more energy for me though

Zygoids get +5 instead of +4 from android scientists, I believe.

No they don't. Crew added whether by rank point or by androids or rescued scientist/specialist is constant for all races. Only in the sidebar of the ship page is any racial/professional effect factored in.

Rank 78 200 Engineers 83 Tactical Officers 21 Helmsmen 68 Scientists I have my three protean armories. In all that raiding, I ran into maybe three people who I couldn't manage to successfully raid on. Though I failed many times on others and just waited five minutes to try again. RNG doesn't always go your way regardless. But generally, if I got a red badge, it was followed by a yellow.

Rank 287 646 Engineers 100 Tactical Officers 342 Helmsmen 1196 Scientists Yet the thing with raiding is your crew VS the other crew with a few rolls the game makes. So even if you have a ton more crew members compared to the other ship you can still fail. At your rank focus more on decks and use artifact drops for helmsmen or scientists.

I shudder at having to spell "defence" with an 's' for the sake of consistency, but at least it's over now.
