 % chance of rare artifacts

 % chance of rare artifacts
Does the chance to get the rare artifacts increase if you wait until your shipment bar is full or are the artifacts just random based on the number of points in the bar you have to spend on them ?


does this post even make sense im not sure :D


im tired of cloning pods i cant use
