charged exo clamp for bases

 Hi. I have two questions regarding charged eco clamps for bases.
1. Are the upgrades permanent? 2. Is there any limit to the number you can add to your base? Thanks for any responses. |

You will need to repair after using them , the repair ability right before you get more points is best.
