What happens when I uninstall "special" items, lowering their condition 10%. When it gets to 0%, is it broken (no longer usable)?

1:Define "Special" Items
2:If it can be uninstalled, it can break, if it can break, it can be repaired.

Zolazin Jammer, for example. If I continually uninstall/reinstall (to shuffle modules around as needed), will it eventually deteriorate? It's not the type of module that I can ever replace.

Yes that can break, but you can repair once it does break and it will be fine.
