You have everything else here?

Because you could be missing some buffs or such and not listing them, etc.

12,764 or very near

If you want to double check the way I did it was sum up the +scan mods you didn't have and then multiplied by the % bonuses and subtracted from the total scan you could have with those arts, in this case 15321.62, then divide by the % bonuses you don' have.

Edit: didn't see you didn't have the terminal service, and added in explorer... today is not my day.

start w/ the top line on the scanblitz page...
7820 unbuffed, no titanproxies, non-explorer...
then subtract 270 (flumes)
then subtract 320 (parsers)
then subtract 240 (dynamos)
then subtract 160 (composite rays)
....gives you as an unbuffed, no proxy, non-explorer a scan of 6830...
then apply additive temp buffs... 6830+175+70+50.... 7125
then apply the datastream compiler bonus since we'll be explorer.... 7125 + 120 = 7245
then apply titanproxies.... (7245+300)*1.04*1.04*1.04= 8487.09888
then apply the remaining % buffs... *1.1*1.15*1.2= 12883.41609984

...though i recommend saving your Prejor decrypted data.... get your Protogrids and save them too.... wait till you have all scan modules and use them both (remember, use prejor with all the other temporary additive buffs, before you apply any temporary % buffs).... no use wasting a limited temp buff
