well the easy solution is offering an upgrade to small moons such as pulverizing them into rings or upgrading them to large moons.. |

actually i got some FB creds for "being a good hubby" - still not sure what I did, and franky am afraid to ask - but anyway what im affraid of is getting that lush biosphere, or the cloak |

The Lush Biosphere, Subterranean Caverns, and Stealth Screen, although permanent, are not considered to be "such an effect". |
