Post subject:  Effects of legion loyalty
I cannot find a guide to what you can and cannot do until your are "loyal" (active for 7 days) in a legion. I know some of the effects like 1. Can't fight base battles 2. Can't use CT Lab. But is there a full list of what you can and cannot do? Can you share planets? invade shared planets? Where can I find out? I have been playing the game for 8 months and have just left my legion for the first time to buy a planet and would like to know. Thanks!

far as i know, u can't alert(planet or npc) but can respond to them...

I know you can alert and kill npc immediately and planets after 24 hrs ... at least your own planets. I didn't try enemy but I don't think it would be different.

it is different. enemy planets may not be alerted for 7 days after joining a new legion.

they can't be alerted... but can shared planets be hit and invaded by me?

this is all very confusing ... it looks like I CAN share enemy planets even now.... (2days in legion) so there are no adverse effects when it comes to planets and legion loyalty....???

Your buttons shows that you can alert, but you really cannot until 7 days

You CAN NOT:
  • Share Enemy Planets
  • Use the CT Lab
  • Use the Universal Service Terminal
  • Be counted toward any Base buffs (defense or production)
  • Take part in Base combat

There is also a 7 day cooldown after you contribute (energy, EM, CTP) to a base before you can do so in your new legion. This is not tied to Legion Loyalty though. Its just a straight 7 days after your last contribution to any base.

You CAN:
  • Share Elites immediately
  • Share Unoccupied or Self Owned planets after 24 hours
  • Share PvP enemies after 24 hours
  • Contribute credits and exo-clamps immediately
  • Attack any NPC or PvP alert immediately
  • Take part in any planet shares (Colonize/Invade, Guard) immediately
  • Get a base payout on the first shipment AFTER 24 hours

I think that covers pretty much everything.

You can invade, simply cannot participate in Base Combat, cannot alert Enemy Occupied Planets, and cannot use the Collective Theory Lab nor Universal Service Terminal until loyal.

That means you can do whatever your little heart desires when someone else shares a planet.
