If I know Atlas, He likes slow leveling, So I wouldn't suggest this, I would suggest finishing Thetacons, then Star Lifting, Which will help with my suggestion of getting out of Builder.

You have good attack and defense for your rank, Which is good.
If you are planning on PvE (Like you said) Make sure you scan is above 300. This allows you to see most 3 man elites.

5B Upkeep is very easy to contain, 8000/h is more than enough...
Switch to Excavator, and this will help with 4 things:

1. Your Deck count (It's a bit low, and gaining ship bots will help)
2. More Android Helmsmen and XCharge Cells (So you can gain all 3 Aegis, and Your last 2 Velox)
3. Rescued Prisoners (Knowing you personally, You like attack, So this means more Tac. Officers)
4. Star Chart Purgers (More of these, Which means faster time between planet scans, Increasing productions)

That is all.

- Been a frequent PvP and NPCer.
- Rank 582 Konqul Excavator of The Dysonians.

well, i level about once every 2-3 days, and i have more than double your energy, while being only 150 ranks above you... you can still be a slow leveler, and have a large energy pool... i can level once every 12 hours if i really want to. I would agree that he needs a bit more energy... as for research, finish out thetacrons... then go for force obviation. i have all my cannons and hulls up, now i'm working on getting my shields up... having the last obviators finished will allow you to just install the best right off the bat. whenever i get an extra 26 shipbots, i put on another obviator shield.

At your level I would've thought you'd have more shield modules than what I'm seeing on you right now. You should work on those.

Thanks for removing the defences. I take it you didn't have enough Mylarai extractors for the gas vesicle, I'll send you some Ku for that if you want. I'll be invading in about 2 hours and 10 minutes (15.20 GMT). I flux probed it, only you and I have it scanned right now (otherwise it would be very silly to say what I just said openly on the forums).

Star Lifting, Quasi's, Continuum then Base to Dim. Logistics IMO.

- Cloak isn't really needed, and me knowing you, you don't run it.
- Quasi's give you the +1200 Minefields, plus some worthwhile research going towards the 47.4M Research Contract.
- Dimensionals because your base is approaching 6.
- Scanners as you these need to be finished, Then go for a scan run.
