Why don't I have Silthion Hybrid mission?

I'm looking on the wiki and I get it from Weaponizing T-Plasma and the mission before that is Silthion Hybrids. I am rank 353, my friend is 1 rank below me and already has a gemini cannon. I was wondering why I don't have silthion hybrids as a mission yet.

You need to have mission Controlling the Silthion unlocked plus 1500+ scan.
Then you need to find the rare npc Silthion Hybrid Larva that drops Hybrid Larva sample that starts the mission
