| Post subject: | Governor and Blockades |
Since blockades (at least some of them), don't seem to track with your upkeep, there is a question to whether the Governor profession influences them. Could we get confirmation that the governor ability does effect blockades? |

Governor increases chances of ALL planetary events, including blockades. Blockades are just a type of event. |
