Post subject:  Sha'din ambusher
Disabled the NPC " Sha'din Ambusher " but only received the 40 Experience points and did NOT receive the Rescued Prisoners NOR the 3 Rank Points award.

Please assist asap ! Thx in advance.

That happens you only get the reward from that some times.

Only rare npcs have 100% drop rate on rewards

It is an Uncommon NPC, so perhaps its a Software Bug that requires attention or some Control Freak Hacker getting into the game, as it appears that transpired to Social Gold. For the record I prefer to get Dan's response, but thx for your response.

and the 3 rank points comes from the rescued prisoners, not the NPC.
And it is not a bug.

Thx, aware of that, but checked artifacts & when I did NOT see the Prisoners, checked my ship for the 3 Rank points, just in case they were directly placed there. but were not.

Sha'din Ambusher is an uncommon NPC, and only occasionally awards the Rescued Prisoners artifact.
