That's not what it means at all. There is a MINIMUM number of colonized planets you need to do the mission. And that minimum is AT MOST 50. That minimum could be 25, 30, whatever. The lowest number of planets anyone has noticed having and still be able to do the mission is 50. If you already have 50, then you are good to go.

thanks darth. someone should edit it so its more clearly worded i guess.. someone in our legion was thinking that they could NOT have 50 colonized.. And I was thinking that it would be a colossal effort to finish 1/2 of that chain so quickly before getting 50 planets.
