Quick question does Temperal Fluxing or normal fluxing count as an offensive action and remove halcs etc?

I believe that fluxes do not count as offensive actions, as they are used on planets that you own (or an enemy's planet, but if you do that it's really a favor...).

good question. don't know the answer, but I can't see why temp flux should be offensive. Even if you stole the planet, you did it a week earlier, so it is all yours.
