Now i have found some awesome planets that i have been watching for sometime and they are owned by people under level 20 thus i cant take them but i have noticed they have thus stoped playing since there levels are not rising, any ideas or plans to adjust this issue as some very good planets are going to waste.

you can take them after 2 weeks from the players start date
