Cloaking a planet that has already been scanned

 Good afternoon all ... quick question:
Is is possible to cloak a planet to a point that the scan would disappear from someone's planet list? |

No, but there is an artifact that removes the planet from everyones scan list. It is called the planet flux, but it is relatively rare.
