So i am having an issue with maxing out Resource, im not to inclined to pay money. I was wondering, if i take a planet, how does this effect the storage maximum?
Is it by size? as in a small planet may give 500+ and a large 1000+
also, how do i get the resource storage i want to go up. Do some planets make mining go up and others research? (volcanic for mining? gas for research?)
I tried looking up in the Galaxy Wiki, and didnt find anything. I couldn't find anything in forum?

When you colonize or invade a planet, your mining cap increases by 500, artifact increases by 1000.

Research capacity only increases by 150 per rank.

Doesnt matter on size or production pf planet?

No, its a fixed increase no matter what the size or resource of the planet.

The Polychron Vault CT Lab Artifact gives a good bit more storage.

im looking for mining, but at 2k for one of the storage, that's about an hour and half worth... hardly worth it..

its the same problem everyone has... you either buy storages or you steal them... OR you pay the CTP on the trading post..

600ctp or 16gp.

ya thats the best option .. save some ctp up (sell your artifacts) and buy ur self a research storage ..

no. they arent. you need to do some npc work, or you need to do some arti selling.
those are your options.. or start grabbing planets. which is a catch 22, if you grab mining, you'll fill up faster, but honestly, your production NEEDS to be higher anyways...
