Dragons can be found here, just make an account. Banners are made by the local artists. Have a look at this thread to see the more well known artists, and where you can ask for one yourself. |

If you scroll down, there are other artists as well. Make sure you have a look at the designs they've posted, and their own signatures before deciding which artist you'd like to ask a banner for. The one with the style you like best is the one you should ask. After you choose an artist, make sure you read what details that artist asks for and provide them with them. Then within a week, you should have your banner. Xzien is unavailable at the moment though, as his large red letters state right now. |
