blockade and planet invasion

if you invade a planet that has a blockade on it does it go with the planet

The blockade enemy is lost, you cant get it.

What is the diference between "Defense" and "Invasion Defense"?

think of it this way:
defense is a planets defense vs. attack --> your planet has shields and the enemy must power through their shields, point defense guns etc. so that they can drop their troops to invade a planet
invasion defense --> how many / how good your troops are for defending your planet against a ground assault.
Star Wars episode 1 same concept.
