I may be going insane here, or perhaps there's something I've missed.
The working examples on the wiki state that "with four of the best available standard Relays equipped, energy recharge time falls to 40 seconds, or 90 energy per hour". This is just plainly not true. 4 HyperChannel Relays reduce the "tick" period by 27 seconds each, a total reduction of 108 seconds from the initial 180 seconds leaving a recharge time of 72 seconds (1 min 12 sec) or 40 energy per hour.
Adding in two F.A.T.H.E.R.s, three Silthion T-Plasma hubs and all the mission completion rewards does indeed yield a minimum "tick" of 30 seconds or 120 per hour, but the example suggests that this can be done with F.A.T.H.E.R.s and HyperChannels alone.
Two ideas occurred to me as I was writing this, either the author of the example mixed up 40 energy per hour with 40 seconds per tick, or he already had all 3 T-plasma hubs and 86 missions completed so without F.A.T.H.E.R.s he really did have a 40 second "tick".
