Are these two artifacts stackable on respective Volcanic and Gas planets ?

Yes, up to 350 attack (or 7 per planet).

Done. I did it for both the Eruption Channeler and Gas Igniter Rod.

I can also confirm the information is correct as I have attempted to add an eighth Eruption Channeler to a planet and the game prevented me from doing so.
