 Have I screwed this up completely?

Post Have I screwed this up completely?
I was trying to build a Bio-Signature scrambler from the Artifact list just now and accidentally clicked on a BioMimetic sealer that I'd been saving until my next race/profession change :? . I sent a note to Dan, is it likely that he will reverse this for me, or do I have to live with this mistake forever?
