Artifact production, or join a legion that gives enough artifact per day - if legion gives 45k+ and you add what you make, you should have enough for at least 2 |

The best way to get these and most other of the highly desired artifacts is to only draw from your Artifact Points when you've built up more than 1750 AP, but are still less than 5000 AP. In other words, only draw between 1,750 and 4,999 if you can. |

I wait until between 4k and 5k every time. Never get what I want or currently need. Just crappy luck on my part. Had to start scrapping stuff to make room for more junk. lol |

I mean if you are extremely desperate, you can always spend 5 rank points that you get (from ranking up) on 25 cargo space... that's 2 and a half tesseracts |
