Do the RSL Memory Implant and Neural Interface artifacts stack to generate extra experience?

I'm wrong, you get 1.27 for having both (1.15 * 1.10 = 1.265 rounded up).

So for Tracking the contact, I was getting 70 experience per round (55*1.27 = 69.85 rounded up).
