When do you start seeing the Drannik Ballistae?

Because only Elites and Bosses specify when they can be seen, we have to guess on Standard NPCs, but an educated guess for the Drannik Ballistae would be after Rank 120, since that's 60% of Rank 200. I saw not one for almost the first 350 ranks, then found two or three in a row. (I was still pretty happy though) Just be patient. If you're desperate just plow through a pile of NPCs at a higher rank, and you ought to find one eventually. _________________ [CENTER][/CENTER]
