Last time I used it on stalar command center and its shield got +10000, rather than -10000
I am not sure if it is still ture though.

I have a question. For the artifact Tarlis codes, it says it will disable most terran ships... Does that mean only NPC Terran Outsiders (also would it only work on the mission ship Tarlis Command Center or would it work on most Terran Outsider ships like the description says?) or would it include players that play human? |

Tarlis Codes can be used on any 'Terran Outsider' NPC ship. It doesn't disable those ships, it just lowers their shields significantly. |
