Convert each % into a decimal equivalent. For a 5% boost, you would multiply by 1.05, 10% by 1.10, etc. Continue multiplying the answer you get by the next buff.

So... Your NPC attack based from 5000 would be 5000*1.05*1.05*1.05*1.05*1.10*1.10*1.15*1.20*1.40=14,207
