Without knowing your rank, hourly mining and artifact production, and goals in the game, this question is almost unanswerable. That being said, generally planet defense is good to focus on, and so is planetary production (+12s), so finish those obviations and grab the stellars on your way to hyperforges.

Tell us what you like doing with your ship. What mods have you already got, what is your attck def etc...? This way we can give you the best answer possible...
