when something is extracted in my case a permafrost network that already has its bonus would it lose that bonus once its in my cargo? |

Yes it loses the bonus, until it is placed on another icy. |

When you extract an artifact structure it reverts to its original form and any bonuses would be dependent on the planet you place it on afterwards. |

with the exception of the triphase right? im pretty sure that they stay upgraded. |
