As you might know I love pvp and some npcing. So can you give me some advice on how to get a better ship to pvp with?

Hull- Perfect Fermionic Armor x5, Vortul Plating x2, Protean Armory x3

Shields- (Nothing of noteworthy value apart from 4 T.O. Harmonic MegaPulsers ) All de installed

Cloaking- (Zolazin Jammer x2) All de installed

Defence- Energy Nullifier - Mark III x2, Scruuge X-Deflector x4, Dark Ring Thruster x4 (I have 3 BM50 Convoy Shuttles in cargo)

Not bad. Just keep boosting your artifact, attack, hull and defence as you rank (art make this much easier)

This is nothing to help you with PVP, but I would say to keep your scan at 50, on the off chance a LabPod, Harvester, or Troop Carrier may pop up in your BT.

Don't ignore your defence too much. In the next 50 ranks, triple it and you should be good.
