magnetosphere question on passive cap

Post subject:  magnetosphere question on passive cap
it says it increases a passive by 10% +50 but only to a maximum of 3500...
so does that mean if i use it on a planet that has 3400 cloak already, that it will only go to 3500 or that it will go to 3450 +10% (3820 if my math is right)

I've used them to get my passives to 3892.

thanks, i knew that it was possible to get it higher then the 3500, but didnt feel like checking the order of things to do since im not quite there for buying them en masse.

I know when PhoenixRev was around, He stopped using Folds at 1100 or so, and then used Magnetospheres, Apparently thats the starting point to get optimal cloak...Meh.

id much rarther max it as high as possible.. to keep my MCs safe from any future scan mod releases... its not a big loss of production overall to have a lil extra cloak.
