Terraforming devices

You'll get a lot more of them when you have higher attack and defense and npc hunting is easier, when you have more energy to fight npc's, and when you've unlocked more npc slots and tactical remodulation. |

just after your next bout of 100 lame npcs will be 2 blade harvester and troop carrier.
