When you click on your planet to see the image of it, there will be very noticeable moons or rings on it.

I was wondering how do you know if your planet has moons or rings to take advantage of the bonus production from orbital stabalizers? I know it is kind of a dumb question but I have trouble keeping up on things in this game. |

You either pay GP for the transfuser artifact or you get extremely lucky and can analyze them |
