Can you still disable while going for the restraining order medal?
Can you still hit bases?
Can you still use artifacts (emp, disarming bomb, ect)?
Can you still npc?
i know you can do most of these but i am about to try and get the restraining order medal but i wanted to make sure and get opinions and advice of people who have already gotten it just to make sure.

Medal does not mention it. The medal descriptions are mostly complete, I think a couple are just a little vague. If it doesn't mention it you should be able to.

Thanks btw while the subject is up should i do missions or npc while im going for the medal i was thinking about running halycons for the 30 days and maybe doing the flux orb mission series or npcs

depends dont know what your rank or aim is. if your a PvPer id say PvP as usually but be extra careful not to raid / hack, you can still take red badges and get teh DOM upgrades ifyou want. If your looking for Caelon well now would be the time to do it as this is an extremely boring medal to get.

right now im rank 192 so i can't see many npc elites. i am a little bit of a pvper but while going for this medal i plan on not pvping for awhile because i want to run a halycon trap so i can have peace while i npc or do missions. also im currently at 345 medal points so DOM upgrades are pretty far away.

Anything but hacking and raiding is all good.
