Can anyone answer this question? If I use an orbital stabilizer on a plain planet, I get arti 1 mining 7%. If the planet already has moon(s)/rings I get arti 2 mining 14%. What if the orbital stabilizer is used first and I analyze the planet later? Will the arti and mining production increase to 2 and 14%? The wiki doesn't say "If the planet has moons or rings when first used..." Thanks |
