all depends on your playstyle, ship size, research levels, so it is not that bad!

If you can afford it easily, who cares?

I'll point out that those with comparatively low upkeeps are 1 of 3 things. Builder, SSB, or idiot with a crap ship. Hard to say sometimes which it is though.

If you are having upkeep problems, our just want to save more though id drop back to heavy nulls.
