alright so i think i'm in the right place So at my rank 290+ the only standard NPC i see that has any abilities is a stryll trapper (like abilities to mess with your atk/def) and i was wondering, as you get higher in rank do more standard NPCs with abilities start to show up? |

Well, Stryll Assassins are so overpowered, they might as well be messing with your attack and defense. But other than that, I'm curious about this too. In the meantime, the wiki is always available... |

Sha'din Shockfighter has an ability to drop you def 50%, but that's the only other I can think of that has an ability. |
