The Hallows Bane

The wiki is a little vague

Currently an unplayable race, that appears during the holidays in October.

From previous years about when do they start appearing and for how long?

If I remember correctly, Holiday NPCs are for one month only. So all of October for Canadian Thanksgiving and Halloween.

Last years event ran from October 15th - October 31st.
