Is it just me or do the artifacts cost too much in GP and badges.
The GP artifacts should be a little cheaper and the badge ones should go up as you progress in ranks.
Also it should be where you have a % of getting multiple badges, and there should be an artifact that allows you to you an ability (like base abilities) that gives you a higher chance of getting multiple badges.

This is more of a suggestion now. One that I would recommend clarifying ("the badge ones should go up in rank" - what do you mean by this?), and am tentatively giving a -1. The GP artifact market prices are fine as is.

The artifacts that you buy with artifacts should cost less at a low rank and increase by one everyone 50 or so ranks, because as a low level it can be hard to buy artifacts.
Another option could be to have a chance to buy say 2 ship modules at reduced price and maybe 5 other artifacts such as heist dispatch center or Quantum accelerator when you start off the game, like the 10 free galaxy points.

I like the idea of reduced price battle market planet structures for lower levels, but it would just encourage people to continually reset their accounts and populate the planets of friends.
