Energy: Surge Plexus x3, Silthion T-Plasma Hub x3, Wormhole Relay x4, Omicron Injector, Chron-Transistor

Sensors: Continuum Parser x3, AI Supercomputer

Hull: Perfect Fermionic Armor x5, Korteth Plating, Protean Armory x3

Shields: Harmonic Resonator, Q-Phase Battery Array

Cloaking: Gamma Channeler

Defenses: Energy Nullifier - Mark III x4, Velox Thruster, Silthion T-Phase Utricle x2, Dark Complex Thruster x4, Trinity-Core Drive, Thrust Stabilizer


I already know I have low AP, but my recent scan runs haven't gone too well, should be over 4.5k in a couple weeks

i'm not an expert on this stuff, but i do think your max energy is low for your rank, i'm rank 295 and my max energy is 2300 with relays on.

I agree, Billik needs more energy. Add on cores, perhaps? Dark energy cores should suffice if you decide to add a few on.

Productions need to go up, that's all. Impressive ship. Don't deck anymore. All Rank points into tactical officers or engineers.

You only need as much energy as keeps you from capping at your longest periods away from the computer, just install cores before ranking.

I run a deck efficient build using only the mods necessary for the task at hand, so I only ever put on energy cores before ranking, since I almost never cap out, max without relays and with all my intra-d's on is over 2200.

Also all RP has gone into tacs, after getting to 4k unbuffed defence, I figured 5k unbuffed attack would be a good follow-up goal

Ok :) personally, i'd increade all your productions, get mins and research up to 5k which will keep you sorted for a while then just work on arti till you find that the min/ res production is insufficient, attack is good, def could go up a bit to bring level with attack, E all depends on your playstyle which you seem to have sorted out, get your next velox thruster asap maybe?. get your hull up to 10k asap, try to get sheilds up to 2k as you can. Overall a nice ship! :) Remember you can always ask in your legion for their help! :) Hope it helps :)

Hull can go up to 11k or so when I put everything on, 2nd velox and 1st aegis are in progress which is why my defence and shields no longer have a steady increase

Not bad, I would recommend getting enough decks for your other 4 researched defenses and shooting for 4k+ defense without the Aerlen bonus as well, while working towards attack.

Aegis Capacitors won't be a net gain to your shield strength unless you have exactly 4000+ Unbuff shields strength.. Better if you have 5x Obviation barriers or used a megatonne of X Cells before installing Aegis Cap.

Math :

4000 Shields + 100x X Cells = 4500 Shields

4000 Shields + Aegis Capacitor = 4515 shields + Aegis Cap Upkeep and 200 Shield Amps

If your shields are under 4000, better off using them X Cells now.

2915 is optimal if installing all 3. When I am at home and not in class I'll finish this, but...
(X+1500)::(x+900)*1.1573
I can't get an equal sign on my phone, but if I recall when I calculated it to 4 decimals (here in class) it came out to 2914.7. My phone also changed some of your post, I will recheck my calculation and edit your post back to original when I return home. Also my whole post could use some editing when I'm on a pc, I will clean it up then

Not really planning on putting the aegis's on yet, but saving them up simply to get them out of the way once I return to combat at the end of the current race chain I'm doing, going through Mylarai right now for the kalviums as well as for legion benefit, I get enough purifiers & mining planets on my own, but I'd love to help some of the guys that don't get away from builder

max energy is a bit low and you are gonna want to raise your defense since you will start to see DCNs and hypergrids soon

Trans-Temporal would be my best opinion on what you should work on next. And then after that, +12s to give you a nice bump on your MP/H, RP/H, and AP/H.

You may have that much amount of energy but do you have the same amount of attack Billik has? If not then if you have that much energy and little attack, what can you really do on PvP?

OR... BT Camp. Play another Game, come back in GL to check who's disabled or not, raid if so. Refresh BT for more "Laughable" Targets. Rinse and Repeat.
