Wiki says "The planet must recently be attacked..."
Exactly how soon must the ability be used? It doesn't seem to work after only a few minutes.

I think it's 5 minutes.

i have the sab medal. Pretty sure its when the words "recently attacked" are highlighted in yellow writing. Where it normally says "hostile" or whatever....

and it goes away instantly if you use a time vortex on the planet.

not yet. i went right from free race, to taltherian. sab is the only other race ill switch to i think

probably a wise decision. I went for it first as it was the shortest mission chain. Ended up sabbing random planets i had no intention of taking due to a lock of targets lol! what a waste(sigh)
