Is Invasion defense multiplied by legion bonus? example Planet A has 500 defense on it with a 100% legion bonus so it has 1000 defense on it. If it has a soldiers outpost (300 invasion defense) does it make its total defense when invading 1300 (added to the last step) or 1600 (added to the first step)? |

alright thank you. Dang it now i gotta do some math and figure out my chance of taking a planet that has almost no defense structures but tons of council bases. |

also a similar question when use a debuff like ion storm does it lower invasion defense as well as planetary defense? |
