Do buildings that have been upgraded by someone doing the Trellith chain retain their upgrade if you take the planet and strip them for use elsewhere? I've been told researched buildings upgraded using a Trellith Structural Energizer lose their upgrade but what about the Relay Towers and Test labs? * edit * I now think I misunderstood what he meant though |

Can't extract. Just remember that none of the trelith stuff can be extracted. |

Ok thanks, a couple less extractors needed then. Plenty of other stuff for me to get my grubby mitts on though ![]() I was looking at the test lab on the wiki it doesn't mention it , although it does on the other two pages for the upgrades |

Nothing but the Intraphasic Hoveroids from the Trellith Chain can be removed from planets. For the upgraded buildings, that makes sense as they are still classed as researchable structures (and as such only demolishable). Likewise, the bioship gene lab is not extractable. If you get a planet with numerous goodies, I'd recommend attempting to extract questionable artifacts (ones you suspect may not be extractable) first. |

Thanks again. Yeah I'd worked out the test lab wasn't extractable was just mentioning the Wiki doesn't say so. The Bioship one was news to me though and added to my list. It's amazing how little thought people give to putting rare stuff on poorly defended, cloaked planets. Makes me vary wary of putting my own buildings on planets, feel like I'm just putting a big INVADE ME sign up. In the last few weeks I've picked up Hoveroids, Scruuge vaults, Lepus Drones, a Weather Controller, and I even have a Sillixx Starport sitting in cargo which maybe I'll be able to use with the New Year race change arti's (Still need 2 races to pick up the fighter). Any other unextractable buildings people can think of? (Lazy git me, easier to ask than trawl through the Wiki ![]() |

Quantum hydro-Mellorators, such a good arti, and there's one on nearly every sparse planet I have on scan. |

Ta, added. I should have said "poorly defended, cloaked crap planets" , maybe. |
