It's been so bloody long I've forgotten. You cannot be attacked or have your planets stolen while you're either under rank 20, or for how long of a timeperiod when it runs out? |

I think the time period is 2 weeks or until you've passed 20, whichever happens first. |

Your planets are immune to attack for 2 weeks, or until you hit level 20. Likewise you cannot invade planets until you are level 20. Important note though : neither of those apply to an account reset, you also do not get another aegis shield artifact. |

Ah, right. You can still be attacked sub-20. I think pvp is possible starting rank 4 or 5 |

I believe it's been said in various resetting threads (and please correct me if I'm wrong here) that you don't keep your aegis even if you have it left over. |
